After 11 years, the National Pay Commission has finalized the new pay scale proposal for government employees. The minimum salary is Rs 20 thousand and the maximum salary is Rs 1 lakh 60 thousand. Increase in Boishakhi allowance and increase in pension benefits are also recommended.
